Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Creator Sathi ("we", "us"), available at creatorsathi.in and in our Android app, collects and uses your information.
Information we collect
- Google account basics: your name, email address and profile picture when you sign in with Google.
- YouTube data: with your permission we access your channel details, video titles, descriptions, tags and analytics through the YouTube Data API and YouTube Analytics API. We also read caption tracks of a video when you ask for chapters. We only make changes you start and confirm: updating a video's title, description, tags or translations, creating playlists, and posting comments or replies from your channel.
- Google sign-in token: to keep your channel connected, we store a Google refresh token in a private, access-restricted database table. It is used only to get short-lived access tokens for the features above.
- Mobile number: asked at checkout because our payment partner needs it for the order and receipt.
- Payment details: payments are made by UPI directly to us (you share the UTR number so we can match it) or through Cashfree Payments or Razorpay. We receive the payment status and order ID; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
How we use it
Only to provide the features you use: auditing your videos, suggesting and applying fixes, showing insights, managing your login and subscription, and replying to support requests. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
AI processing
To create suggestions (titles, descriptions, translations, chapters, replies), the relevant text of your video or comment is sent to the Google Gemini API. It is used only to generate the result you asked for, and we do not use your data to train AI models.
Cookies and device storage
We use your browser's local storage only to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. To count visits we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across sites.
Google API Services
Creator Sathi's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Creator Sathi uses YouTube API Services; see the Google Privacy Policy.
Storage and security
Your account data is stored with our hosting providers (Supabase, Netlify) using encrypted connections. Access tokens are used only to call the Google APIs needed for the features you use. YouTube data we fetch is shown to you and is not kept on our servers longer than needed; if you revoke access, your stored token is deleted the next time we try to use it, and in any case within 30 days.
Your choices
- You can revoke Creator Sathi's access at any time from Google security settings.
- Use "Mera data delete karo" in the dashboard to delete your stored Google token, revoke our access and disconnect your channel immediately.
- Or email us at ravikumar.kumar093@gmail.com to delete your account and data; we do this within 7 days.
Children
Creator Sathi is not meant for children under 13.
